Wang, female, 52 years old, diagnosed on April 21, 1981. The patient has a long history of chronic enteritis, with loose stools and persistent abdominal pain. During the Spring Festival, due to consuming greasy food, she experienced continuous diarrhea. After taking antibiotics and furazolidone, the diarrhea slightly decreased but still occurred more than 10 times a day, presenting as white sticky pus. She also experienced difficulty urinating, cold pain in the abdomen, cold limbs, a sallow complexion, listlessness, a bland taste in the mouth, no thirst, a pale tongue with white coating, and a deep, weak pulse. The syndrome is attributed to spleen yang deficiency and loss of lower yuan consolidation.
