Symptoms include initial vomiting and diarrhea, reversal cold limbs with hardly perceivable pulse, diarrhea with clear water, spasms. After using Vessel-Unblocking Cold-Extremities Decoction, diarrhea decreased, pulse became faint, but dysphoria and severe vomiting persisted, with reversal cold of hands and feet. Evodia 15g, Ginseng 10g, Fresh Ginger Rhizome 15g, Chinese Date 4 pieces
. After taking 2 doses, all symptoms decreased. Middle-Regulating Decoction was used with modifications for follow-up treatment.
