Sulfadiazine, 2g~4g per day for adults (calculated as 50mg~150mg/kg for children), taken orally in 4 divided doses, along with pyrimethamine, 50mg per day for adults (calculated as 1 mg/kg for children), reduced by half after 2 days, with a treatment course of 15~30 days; alternatively, spiramycin 0.2g can be taken 3 times a day, with a treatment course of 10 days.
