Pain, numbness, and sensory disturbances in the ulnar nerve distribution area of the hand. Atrophy and weakness of the interosseous muscles and hypothenar muscles. Decreased muscle strength in the flexor carpi ulnaris and the deep flexor muscles of the ring and little fingers. The ulnar nerve in the ulnar groove feels thickened and hardened, with tingling pain upon percussion radiating to the ring and little fingers.
