90 gm of Fangfeng (de-reeded), 90 gm of Guadi (crushed, wrapped in paper, finely filed, paper removed, sifted with a coarse sieve, set aside the powder, stir-fry the residue until slightly yellow, then add the powder and stir-fry together until yellow), 7.5 gm of Lilu (remove sprouts and core) (or 15-30 gm).

Grind each ingredient into coarse powder. Take about 15 grams each time, mix with 300 ml of chive juice. First, boil 200 ml of the juice for three to five boils, then remove the juice. Next, add 100 ml of juice and boil until it boils three times. Then, combine the previously boiled chive juice and boil together for two boils. Remove the dregs, clarify, let it cool to a warm temperature, and take it slowly. It is not necessary to finish the entire dose; vomiting is the desired effect.
Inducing vomiting of wind-phlegm.
Wind-stroke block pattern, loss of voice, mental confusion, deviation of the mouth and eyes or unconsciousness, tightly clenched jaw, floating, slippery, and solid pulse; epilepsy, turbid phlegm congesting the chest, ascending and reversing with episodes; mistaken ingestion of toxic substances, stagnation in the upper epigastrium.
