Sweet Lepidium 15 gm, Bitter Lepidium 15 gm (stir-fried with paper in between), Poria, Ginseng, Asarum, Prepared Dried Ginger, Platycodon (filed, stir-fried), Apricot Kernel (peeled, tips removed, stir-fried with bran), Aster, Tussilago, Roasted Licorice, Tangerine Peel, each 7.5 gm.

Grind into a fine powder, take one sheep lung (without blood clots), cut and grind finely, mix with the medicinal powder, and grind until uniform, ensuring all the medicine is incorporated. Apply the medicinal paste to an earthen wall, cover with seven layers of wet paper, remove one layer each day, and after seven days, the medicine will be ready. Once dry, scrape it off, grind again, and sieve into a fine powder. Take 6 grams each time, mixed with warm wine, salt water, or rice water before meals, twice a day.
