Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Separately, take double the amount of croton seeds without removing the oil, and mix them with the powdered medicine to form a paste. Then, add 0.3 grams of white arsenic and mix thoroughly. When ready to use, take a pea-sized amount and place it on the affected area, covering it with a plaster. Once the area has ulcerated, remove the plaster, wash the area clean, and apply the paste again.
