Grind the above eight ingredients into a fine powder and sift. Take 2 grams each time with warm water, three times a day. For those with strong constitutions, take 3 grams per dose. If thirst is severe, take two doses; if abdominal pain occurs, reduce the dosage. It can also be taken in pill form, with 10 pills per dose.
