For severe constipation with fire not descending, add Rhubarb Rhizoma; if ineffective, add Mirabilite; for excessive phlegm with fire not descending, add child's urine; for a yellow tongue and difficulty urinating, add Gardenia; for thirst with a preference for cold, add raw Gypsum; for chest distending pain, add green tangerine peel; for phlegm stirred by wind, add Uncaria and Stiff Silkworm; for phlegm stagnation in the meridians, add bamboo oil and ginger juice.
