Water refers to kidney water, and fire refers to heart fire. Insufficient kidney water leads to water failing to nourish fire, causing the heart fire to become excessively strong, resulting in symptoms and signs such as irritability, insomnia, or restless sleep.
Refers to the imbalance of kidney yin and kidney yang. Water refers to kidney water, and fire refers to the fire of the life gate. Deficiency of kidney water and hyperactivity of the life gate fire can lead to symptoms such as hyperactive sexual desire and seminal emission.
