One of the twelve meridians. Its pathway is: internally, it connects to the heart and links with the small intestine, and is also connected to the throat and eyes. Externally, it runs from the lower part of the armpit, along the posterior side of the flexor surface of the upper arm, and ends at the tip of the little finger. When this meridian is diseased, the main symptoms include heart pain, thirst, dry throat, yellow eyes, hypochondriac pain, and other symptoms and conditions, as well as local symptoms along the pathway of this meridian.
