This disease is often caused by excessive heat attacking upwards and improper treatment, leading to damage of the true essence. The symptoms resemble "spiral protrusion," with a vitreous humor resembling a crab's eye protruding at the edge of the black of the eye, usually within a small area. If the entire iris protrudes, it will eventually lead to blindness.
