"Turbulent" is a logical self-contradiction. For example, everyone sets goals and pursues happiness, yet ends up with unhappiness; loves someone, yet causes them pain; desires health, yet behaves contrary to that desire; seeks to cure an illness, yet the condition worsens... Whenever what is desired and what is obtained ultimately contradict each other, it is called "turbulent."

"Times" is the domain, the category. Anywhere the aforementioned "turbulent" exists, whether in time, space, mind, or matter, it falls within the category of "times."

"Healing Heart" refers to those who possess the ability to "correct." For instance, if Person A, having been through similar experiences, sees Person B wanting to go north but heading south, Person A cannot bear to see this and specifically guides Person B out of confusion. Anyone who can resolve the contradiction between what is desired and what is obtained is called a "Healing Heart."
