When evil is in the upper energizer, there is vomiting but no diarrhea; in the lower energizer, there is diarrhea but no vomiting; in the middle energizer, there is both vomiting and diarrhea. Due to improper diet and imbalance of cold and heat, the clear and turbid interfere with each other, yin and yang are separated, and thus cholera is formed.
